John was extremely helpful when were looking for a piece of property. He understood our desires and limitations very well. He kept encouraging us and also kept us on track so we wouldn't settle for something he ultimately knew we wouldn't be happy with when we were prepared to settle for something less. When the right piece of property came along John was very instrumental in keeping the process going when we ran into difficulties with the financing process. He kept us and the seller informed and negotiated an extension that went far beyond what the seller would have liked but kept encouraging them to be patient, which they were. In the end we were able to buy the piece of property we really wanted.
It was a pleasure working with John. He got us top price in a reduced market in a timely fashion. We both enjoyed working with him.
